No GenAI

The Author

The Author
The Author is the person who couldn’t properly write a birthday card without Google until late 2022, then suddenly “found their voice” the same week chatbots did. Overnight, they became a “#1 Bestseller” in some microscopic Amazon category like “AI Business Self-Help Released on a Tuesday.” Their catalog is a graveyard of indistinguishable titles: “Unleash Your Synergy”, “Disrupt Your Potential”, “Frameworks for Framework Frameworks.” Each book is 200 pages of padded nothing, stitched together from prompts like “write an inspiring business book.” Chapters open with “in today’s rapidly evolving landscape” and never recover. Reviews are split between “this reads like a chatbot” and “definitely not a friend of the author.” Yet the LinkedIn bio now screams “Author - Thought Leader - Visionary,” as if copy-pasting GenAI into Word equals art.

Shhh, come closer. I get it. You want to stand out, be an expert, maybe a “guru.” But GenAI didn’t make you George R. R. Martin, a thought leader, or a business sage. It gave you a magic “generate” button, not actual wisdom.

Why does it matter?

❌ GenAI did not make you a guru. It made you loud. Stop cosplaying as an expert. A generated wall of text is not knowledge.

❌ You start believing that more words = more value. That’s a lie. It’s all filler, no substance. Nobody asked for this 40-page whitepaper.

❌ Nobody’s asking for these novels. Stop wasting tokens, stop wasting people’s time, stop draining everyone’s will to work.

Do this instead

Seriously. You're not an author. Stop dumping books onto the internet.
